For use with Lenox bi-metal hole saws (Lenox model No. 1L, 2L, 3L, and Lenox Leader wood bits model No. LL100 thru LL256). Chuck size 1/2".
Durable hardened steel construction with a drive plate which is tightened up to the hole saw to eliminate wobble between the arbor and hole saw. Universal, quick change with all brands of hole saws 1-1/4" and larger and all drill chucks 1/2" and larger. Can be used with any 7/16" extension. No adapters required.

The Thunderbolt web features a thicker core than a standard pilot bit, which provides ultimate strength and protects against side-load breakage.
